sorry but even i was an expert in tantric sex... it would still be way shorter than a collaboration (which in our comparison would not be a one off but an affair... ;))

yeah please close this. No right or wrong, they (TG and Anneke) know what happened exactly and we don't 'need' to know everything...it's obvious that things didn't went smoothly. Let's keep it at that.

Move on, The West Pole is a great new album and we, the fans, should be celebrating here.

Drinks all around bartender!! :D

I'm drinking tea myself.

Hang on before someone closes the topic ... No one's expressed a polemic view about my loyalty, or Burn's loyalty, or Faridee's loyalty or the loyalty of anyone else on this forum, including that of the former wartime Prime Minister of Great Britain.

Those of you who know a bit about the history of football may be aware that in England at least,it was once a free-for-all game played by a huge crowd. Over time, it evolved so that you had a team of players and a bunch of supporters. That's why loyalties in football run so deep - originally, everyone was a player. Everyone was on the "same side". Now, we draw distinctions between the "band" and the "fans", but perhaps we're forgetting that a live gig would be no use without an audience, and that while the audience doesn't exactly perform, it's an integral part of the whole experience.

I'm getting a bit reflective about this. Question: Do questions about the loyalty of band members raise doubts or questions about our own loyalty? They certainly could, because once the flow of energy turns negative (and doubt = negativity), anything can happen.

I don't want to limit freedom of speech, but if we were all mates in a room together, wouldn't we reach a point where somebody said "Oh well, it's a great shame this happened, but ..." - and then that person's voice would peter out, and the room would fall silent, and nobody would want to restart the conversation? Perhaps we've reached that point, and a discussion about sex, football or even ironing would be preferable.

I could say the same about sex. :( :o :-? :D

A joke from the repertoire of the late Spike Milligan ...

Doctor: How long has it been like that?
Milligan: That's the longest it's ever been!

Don't bother. I'm not here to discuss AdA.
I just don't get why some people feel the need to bash someone's art to praise another.

People here seem to be bothered a lot by the word 'lame'. It's a bit harsher and more negative than the dutch word ('flauw') which Hans originally used. It's nothing to get upset about actually.
