What can I say? It's a horrible video. It would be OK for a new band, but for TG? No, never, this kind of "stuff" shouldn't be released. The band members can't be seen at all, only Silje and Hans. Hmmmm… I thought there were more people in it, hopefully we're not going back to the posters in which Anneke is the only one that is seen whilst the rest are dimmed on the background. I like how Hans looks, ha has a lot of energy, and the few pics of the band are good. But the rest….

I hope that Psychonaut Productions does not release anything more like this, it's not worthy of the band.

hum, Jester i can understand your point of view up to a certain extent, but i prefer the black humour i've used

It's a "look what's happening in my life" video, surely. It's all about Silje finding herself in TG, and the reason why you see quite a lot of Hans is that you also hear quite a lot of percussion - the percussion drives the song and hence drives the journey. The performing band on stage is the background - the foreground is Silje exploring her (changed) world. There isn't enough real-life footage from recent gigs at the moment to take a different "realistic" approach. Instead, what you have here is a somewhat stylized set of "reflections". That's my take on it, anyway.

As for whether or not it's low budget, who ever said that spending a lot of money on a video necessarily made it better? See this, for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rO8JWbG6bVw.

Hmm. As good as TG's music is, that bad are their videos...
This one as well, it might be low-budget, but I just don't think it's a very good video...
(I prefer one high-budget video instead of two, three or four low-budget ones)

I think that's really the only thing in which TG could improve. Their videos aren't exactly world class. I'm not so keen on the Liberty Bell video (I mean, watching Anneke float in a spaceship is nice for a couple of seconds, but not for six minutes), and I had to agree with the comment on the Strange Machines video on YT, in which they said that it looked like Anneke was doing aerobics...

I'm sorry. TG is still the best band in the world. But their videos just aren't...

how can you like no bird call. it looks totally 'wow its snowing, lets film a video, silje, just walk around a bit and we will try to film something' and probably it went like this. All you are looks much more in its purpose fitting to the song

Just because of that. Simple, calm, fits the atmosphere of the song and pure.

Similar with Leaves. You don't need to spend a bunch of money for the video and overproduce it to make a point.

Yeah, but the Leaves clip looks like it has at least a little bit of a story running through it. The new clips are indeed mainly just Silje's face in Andy Warhol-colours (All You Are) and Silje walking around in the snow (No Bird Call).

There are some clips that are just legendary. Keane's Is It Any Wonder is an example of that, and Nightwish's Sleeping Sun (the new version) as well. Those are top of the list. But these TG clips, and I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart to say it, are bottom of that list...

But, of course, I understand everyone has got a different taste of music. And I totally respect that. But this is just my humble opinion.
