Hey guys,

I'm from Israel and I'm coming to Amsterdam to see The Gathering live on stage. I was wondering where can I get tickets for the show and where is the Paradiso acutally located.

I'll be staying in Central Amsterdam so if anyone can give me any information on how to get to the venue it will be greatly appriciated. :wink:

I would also like to buy a ticket for this concert.
So I tried to find out some information about it.
I can't buy a ticket via Internet so I hope I'll have a chance to buy it
personally during my trip to Amsterdam at the end of August.
I sent an e-mail to Paradiso whether it is sold-out or not
and how can I buy a ticket.
And they replied:
"You can reserve tickets via the Amsterdam Uit Buro (Amsterdam Out
Office) and pick up your tickets when you are in Amsterdam in August.
The number is: 0031-20-6211288.Please note that you can only
reserve tickets up to 2 weeks in advance (so actually, you should be in
time).
The concert is not yet sold out, about half of the tickets are sold so far."

So I try to go to AUB Ticketshop at Leidseplein/corner Marnixstraat
I hope I'll get my tickets there. (it's near Paradiso)

By the way, I didn't check out previous set lists from The Gathering's concerts.

Any chance I'll get to hear "Third Chance" live ? :D

P.S.
Is there any openning band schedueled for this specific concert or its only The Gathering ?

I'd be surprised to hear 3rd Chance live on this tour... but you never know...
For the setlist, you can have a glance of it at the festival threads, but the club show will be longer and will include for sure some more material from Home :green:

regarding Paradiso gig it's a band named Grizzly that will open. (check the tourdates on http://www.gathering.nl for support acts ;))

I dont know.. you should check on Paradiso website cause they would announce it if it was sold out

I got my ticket a couple of days ago at the Ticket service on the Leidseplein, and they told me there was still enough tickets left so far.

so... the Czechs are coming to Amsterdam

Shame we will not be there :(
but we will be in (hopefully) sunny south of France, enjoying a well earned vacation! If you get a chance, try going to Utrecht, Voerendaal or the Haarlem too :wink:

Paradiso will be my third and unfortunetely last concert which I'll be able to see this year. I am glad that I'll hear more songs from Home there.
And then I'll have to start saving my money for next year, because it seems that it will be the great tour :) and I'll do my best to get to NL again.

I wish you better weather than I had in Zandvoort ann Zee, the wind almost blowed my tent away 8) , neverthless Noord Holland is so beautiful province, I liked it there a lot. But next year I have to visit Gelderland!
