I asked my berlin-friend and he said that it is a great place with a superb acoustic, so i will be there!

absolutely great - great location - great sound , great performance!
900 people where there - it was completly sold out.
I think TG are VERY happy about this tour in germany+netherland this year!

and so are we!!

How was Anneke doing? Still suffering under her cold?

Most of the time, the audience was really boring. I try to imagine how it is, to rock for 900 people and nobody reacts.
But the sound was really good, and a wonderful atmosphere in this church.

?

The audiance was the best one I ever saw in Berlin (for a TG-concert of course).
Remember, it was a seated show, it's a little bit difficult to sthh. else as listening on a chair.
(But perhaps it would be possible to do stage-diving on a chair next year )

Ok, but then I wonder about the Doedels, who put themselves before me and the others in my row and took our view on the stage.
Remember, we sat there before they stand there and I can´t understand, those peoples can´t think of the other crowd behind them.

I hope you don´t get it wrong, I loved the band and the music in this concert of course, but I hate this stupid, selfish crowd. Everywhere.

... the church was absolutly to small!
I was standing upstairs, only the first row had the chance to see sth.
so everyone behind them were standing ...

But damn you saw TG in a surely cool acoustic!!!

yes, the acoustic was great - but be careful - they didnt play "acoustic" they played the same gig as the ones before. And loud amplified in a heavy-reverbing church isnt so much better as in a normal concert hall.

but the location was great - an old red stoned church compared to those smoky dirty concert venues - thats the real difference.

and - smoking was not allowed - that was great too. No fog - clean air - i loved that (and i'm a smoker ...)
