I would translate it as: Electric Bums.

The Gathering: Welcome to Montreal!

Anyway, I am soo excited that they are coming to our nice city.
Here's a playlist (not exclusive!) that I would like them to play:
    Eleanor
    Kevin's Telescope
    Leaves
    Herbal Movement
    Fear the sea
    Broken Glass
    You learn about it
    In motion II
    May song
    Souvenirs
    A life all mine
    and new songs.... :-)

Anybody from the list that want to meet beforehand? I'll be attending alone, as my wife will stay with the kids...

I've no problem with that. We should be at least two (me and my girlfriend), but I guess two other friends will come along.

I still can't believe they're coming here. No five hours drive this time and hopefully no two hours wait before the show :green: :green: :green:
(It was well worth the wait though)

Yeah! Tomorrow!! :P

Have you ever been to the Foufounes? I would guess it's quite big?

I think there is some kind of Goth/electro night every friday at Club Saphir? Or I'll just stay to the Foufs until 3am :flower:

I've never been there, but on the Fouf's website, they say it can accommodate from 400 to 600 people

I was there many years ago (saw Groovy Ardvark). With TG's history of playing lousy venues in Can/US it's great to see they will play Foufounes. It's the CBGB's of Montreal, or at least used to be.

how much did you paid for the tickets? cause on the poster it says «20$/25$(door)» and i went to buy ’em at the foufounes and they were 24$.

i don’t care paying 24$ to see the gathering in my city, i’m just curious about that. the guy who sold me the tickets looked at the poster and he was surprised to see this price, and he didn’t know what happened...

anyway, i cannot wait to see them! :D

I bought them 20$ + 4.80$ for Admission service fees. Beats going downtown to buy tickets! :-)

I just bought the tickets through Admission, and they will come in the mail. Seeing as I live two hours away, east of Quebec city, this will be a long trip to go see them (MTL is 4-5 hours away)... I don't have a car, so I'll need to get bus tickets for my wife and I, I guess... Unless I could find someone to go with, from Quebec to Montreal.

But dang, we'll get to see them live.

It's worth all the money.

Believe me it is. I drove to Toronto 2 years ago (6 hours drive) to see them live for the first time and it was well worth the money and the wait. :P
