Awesome!!!

What a great show.

I can't find words to express how great it was the show.

Thanks a lot to Anneke, Rene, Hans, Frank and Marjolein.

Probably one of teh best show that I ever watch live.

I want to get something off my chest...

Now i'm sure The Gathering put on a spectacular performance, they always put in a passionate, professional effort. However, i'm so bloody dissapointed in that set list...

I understand the band is promoting their newest release "Home" by playing 5 songs off it, so i've got no problems there. But they've already played "Alone" on "A Sound Relief DVD". I thought the point of this particular DVD was to capture the "more rock-orientated side of The Gathering". If so, wheres songs like "Rollercoaster", Shot to Pieces,"Night-time Birds" and the like?

As much as I love Travel, it's already been done on "A Sound Relief"How about doing a cover of "In Power We Entrust the Love Advocated" instead? Also the song 'Monsters' is possibly the worst song off Souvenirs, a song such as "Even the Spirits are Afraid" would've been far better.
Leaves and Great Ocean road = replace with Analog Park or New Moon, Different Day...

I'd like to stress that this is my opinion only, and i'm just being a fussy bastard. I'm sure the songs all came off really good at the concert. I'm just left thinking with some better songs on the set-list, this DVD could be GREAT

:o ...for Heavens sake man, they performed 20 songs including BLD. What more can one ask??? They must have been there for more then two hours.

Sure everyone has preferences for some other songs until the point that is gets...(fill in the words). I'm just so jealous that I wasn't there. My only hope is that all songs will fit into the DVD before it bursts into pieces of sheer excitement. :P

Obviously you have not been fortunate enough to witness one of these concerts. If you would/could have, you would know that the concerts are realy rocking like hell, including Home!
As mentioned before, this is your opninion and everybody has their preferences about a setlist but I think you won't be disappointent in the dvd. It will rock your tv, believe me :D
I just hope the atmosphere of the concert will be reflected in the dvd as well, some more audience shots.
As for me, I can't wait till it comes out!
