I thought all of this was only political problems :-? :(
I'm living in the " French speaking part " and I'm going to gigs in Vlaanderen aswell :D
Do really Vlamingen consider Brussel as " the other side " ?
Ten Weyngaert is managed by de Vlaamse Gemeenschap :green:

I don't like any of the bands present at this Festival, so I will wait for a " only TG gig " wherever in Belgium :wink:

Uhhuh.. I agree, wel after forever is ok and Epica and battlelore too, but those are actually the only bands I might see, ofcourse I cantw ait till the gathering!

For me it really doesn't matter if it is the other side of any border.

I've seen TG in Holland for many times, and every time I was annoyed by the audience who just wouldn't shut up. Except for the gig in The Paradiso.
So I decided not to go to holland gigs no more.

I've seen them twice in BXL, hof ten wyngaert. And what I saw/heard there was pure chemistry. Very good venue, not to big nor small, very good sound, and when Anneke was singing without music it was the only thing you could hear. Her beautifull voice taking me on journey I never was before. So that's why only want to see them there and no where else.

Maybe that doesn't make me a die hard fan. But at least I'm sure I won't be dissapointed afterwards.

this is important for me too
It really bothers me when people are so impolite, unregardful (I dont know that exact words in english, but I hope you know what I mean) and talking and talking even when Anneke is singing without music :-| These Anneke´s solos are always the best moments during concert! but sometimes it can be more or less destroyed by that impertinent chatting.
If only all shows could be like that one in Paradiso.

Could you make your signature a bit smaller maybe?
The pics are really cool (Marjolein's is hilarious although I'm sure she will disagree... :green: ). I have a big screen but the signature still falls of :o
And scrolling from left to right to read the messages is a bit of a bore...

Great show the one in 2004. Probably the best Gathering shows I have ever been to.

I'm afraid it plays a significant part (yes, politics) and also that it is not easy to find unlike Hof ter Lo (just an example). I think it would be best to go to Flanders or Wallony or both but to keep away from Brussels. I hope I'm not offending anyone with my opinion. :-?

I think it's okee for Belgian TG fan that the band goes there but to be honest they dont really fit with all the other bands...
All those bands are very pro on stage but musically speaking I think TG is far above in term of originality.. We'll see...
