This is the very first time that I will see The Gathering live I've been following their career since "Always". On previous tours I didn't take the chance to go and see them. I'm from Chihuahua.

If anyone can provide places in where to stay (hotel, guesthouse, etc) names and guidance on how to get to the concert... it will be greatly appreciated.

When and where are tickets going on sale for this show?

Since the Morelia show got cancelled, I'm considering
making a trip to see this show while I'm still in Mexico.

The tickets for this show are available only though the people tht are taking care of the organization.
Take a look at the cafe iguana website (http://www.cafeiguana.com.mx), dial the phone number from the office (at work hours), and ask them for the phone number of the organizer. He can reserve a ticket for you... they are almost sold-out.

I called the first number, but couldn't speak Spanish well
enough to communicate with person answering the
phone. The second number on that page did not seem to work

I am in the same place as normalperson. I am coming from the US and after the Morelia show was cancelled I decided to go to the Monterey show. Any help would be awesome.

Obviously get tickets if you can, but, last year, I got my ticket day of show, no problem.
I can't make this one
