An amazing concert. Words can't describe how much I admire The Gathering for
being able to simultaneously make great new music and do old-school shows.

We went to Netherlands special for this show, already knowing that tickets are long ago sold-out. Hoping that we will manage to get in somehow. Unfortunately we didn't and it was very pity to stand at the W2' doors having no chance to get in.

Vishnu: ouch on not being able to get in! Glad that you can enjoy my recording

It should be possible to contact the band or venue and explain your situation and get on the guest list (show them your foreign passport . Some people that bought tickets probably didn't show up, so the venue should be able to resell their spot.

Standing in front of the venue with a GIANT sign that says "NEED TICKET" starting at 6:00 AM and making sure all the venue employees/band members see you when they arrive can improve your chances

Vishnu: Reading that you came for nothing all the way from Russia to Holland actually hurts. Next time be sure you have tickets or try to get some with a big sign as Normalperson said.

Hans: We've enjoyed this trip very much! Netherlands, Amsterdam, Den Bosch — all is very nice. We hope to come back as soon as possible

And btw, don't you wish to play the whole "Mandylion" album in 2015? If we gonna survive in forthcoming December of course

The TG92 lineup will play a few more times the coming months. I miss those gigs in this forum.

Almost a month later here we are

We had a wonderful trip! This gig was the main reason to plan everything else. It was a shame that I didn't have the chance to see Ferry and Sebassie during the gig I guess we all were too excited to be there.

The concert was like traveling in time. I remember when I listened to "Always" that I could't think of TG playing these songs. I started to listen to them no more than 10 years ago, and the idea of being part of this historical gig was amazing. TG is the only band for which I travel so far no matter I spend just hours in some country, haha. This time we had enough time to enjoy the trip.

I had goosebumps when I saw the band entering the stage. It actually was like going back on time... amazing

It was also nice to talk to everyone (except Marike) after the show, until we were kicked out of the venue, hehe. I finally got the chance to talk to Hugo and meet Jelmer and Bart. Truly nice people. It was great to see Mike, Eric, Aaron, Joke, Marjolein, Alex, and other friends that last time I saw was at the tryouts, and some others that last time was at the Sleepy Buildings recording, almost nine years ago.

I recorded most of the show. The batteries of my camera were dying, so I couldn't get some songs complete. I will upload them as soon as I can
