I took this photo of Anneke at their Huntenpop show last september. At first I wanted to throw it away because it was completely out of focus. Later on I realised that it was to special to throw away. I didn't post this one on my website but I wanted to show you guys anyway so here it is.

Wow, this picture is awesome. At first I didn't even recognize Anneke. Her face is very childlike, exuding this innocent quality. Almost as if, for a split second, the camera caught a glimpse of a spirit entering and exiting her body. The dirtied color and blurried effect really make this picture haunting.......very ethereal. :D I wonder what song she was playing when you took that picture......

I like the way that her hair & body are blurred, but by comparison her eyes look in focus. Very weird, but in a good way.
