yes TG is my fav band ..
after them are
polish artists: moonlight , kult (lyrics !!!) - i love you and by my love i can feed all of us:)/ so you want freedom , what for is freedom if you have television:P, pidżama porno and strachy na lachy(lyrics!!!also)
at the same level are placebo (molko great is writer to me)
the 3rd and the mortal, opeth, paradise lost, depeche mode
but only gathering i can listening all the time ... i couldn't imagine my life without their music (its not healthy i know :green: )

I've only known the Gathering for less than two years, so I guess I can't say they're my favourite band.

My favourite artist is actually Tori Amos and I discovered the Gathering during a Tori Amos fans meet-up. :green:

TG actually opened me up to this style of music. I will always remain faithful and thankful. Sure, I like a ton of other bands now, but anyone that knows me knows that TG has always been my favorite. Even my photography 'Gathering Effects' name was inspired along with "The Gathering of Kindred Spirits". Yep, they're my favorite.

and anneke is my favorite singer
I live for the love of The gathering
i'm deeply fall in love with this band and this singer that i cant listen to any other bands anymore just TG all the time.

I like other bands along with TG, like Lacuna Coil, Fantomas, Mr Bungle, Faith No More, some EBM bands, Within Temptation, Archenemy, Eternal Tears of Sorrow, etc..

i LOVE TG,but i also like Portishhead, Anathema,Katatonia,Kari Rueslaten,Hagalaz'Runadance,Pantera,Satyricon,Mortiis,..etc,etc.

But TG is my soul's favorite band,it makes me feel being in a safe ,quiet magic land.It heals me all the time.

Cannibal Corpse

I can't really rank those, because I love them all for very different reasons, and I listen to them in different moods. But The Gathering has been one of my all-time favorite bands since I heard Mandylion.

When I was young, my favorite band was Guns N Roses. Then Anathema. Then it was neck and neck with the Gathering. And now The Gathering (Seeing them live in '04 sealed it for me) :green:
