Hello everybody !!
I'm Ben, 26 years old and living in Strasbourg, France. Fan of TG for a few years, I listened them for the first time nearly 10 years ago when a friend gave me a gothic/metal compil with Liberty Bell on it... nice song I though ! But it took me probably 2 years to buy my first album : Superheat.
...and then HTMAP, Mandylion,...until one of my favorites : Home

Last 15th of september, I discovered TG during the first concert of my life : what a awesome atmosphere !!

Now, I'm really fond of this band and I'm happy to share it with you, members of this essential forum !! See you soon !!

P.S.: sorry for my english which is basic...so many years I've not practiced ! :roll:

my name is Maikel i'm 22yrs old, from a town very near to amsterdam, gathering fan for a looooong time saw em the first time when i was 13, i have all the albums and i'm a regular concert visitor (next one:Haarlem!) and i hope to have a good time here, sharin music, and have conversations with other fans :)

Hmmm also, I as wondering if anyone could help me out @ Tilburg? 'tis me first time in Europe, so I barely know how to get there hehe.

^ Gracias! I'll to post a bit on this phorum now that I'm on vacations (finals were great hehe :lol: ), it's kind of difficult since I post (or to at least hehe) in like 8 metal pohorums hehe.

Ok a formal introduction then.. :wink:

I'm Nick, i'm 25 and i come from Greece(the most eastern island called Chios), though for the last 5 years i've been living in the UK where i study Architecture(course is 6 years :roll: )..

Big Fan of music, i play guitar,basse and a bit of keyboards and i just wish the days had 35 hours so i could have enough time to spend on all instruments..

My first Gathering experience was in a compilation tape back in highschool... and the song was the legendary Nightime Birds...the atmosphere..the haunting guitars...Anneke's voice....it didn't take long to become one of my favourite songs/band... 8)

You know what they say..others just grow up...others mature...and that's what this band has been doing through the last 10 years...

Anyway that's me, and as far as i see the people in this forum are indeed Good People...so i'm glad to be here to share my love for TG. :flower:

Hello everybody, my name is Dennis and I live in the coastal town of Harlingen (Friesland).

I have been a fan of The Gathering when I was blown away by The Mirror Waters in 1992 on my uncle's stereo (thanx!).

My general interests are music, books, sports and gaming.

I have seen TG live twice and tonight I'm going to see them for the third time :D
