The Gathering

Once I land in Springfield for the Jaxx show, I'm going to travel to the rest of the dates by Greyhound (boston and New York) I think it would be a lot more fun (and cheaper) if some of you want to pool your money together and travel in one or two cars. It would be great to meet some new gathering fans in person too!! I don't know how easy this would be to coordinate but I'm just throwing the idea out there. Any suggestions? Ideas? Post in this thread.

ugh. I thought I'd already decided I wasn't going to bother, but it is REALLY tempting to fly over there for a few days. If everything was a week later, no doubt I would do it. I wouldn't go to atlanta though; it would be like this

18th fly to philly and stay with parents that night
19th drive to springfield, go to the show, drive back to philly
20th drive to boston, stay overnight there after the show
21st drive to ny, after the show drive back to philly
22nd fly back here

guess $500 for the whole thing assuming I could split some costs with someone

Well, if you do decide to go I'm here to help split travelling costs.

And it all worked out so we could attend those 3 amazing concerts, and everything else. + add Aaron, who went on to Canada as well.

Yup it was great, and it ended up costing a lot less than $500 too because I got a cheap flight.

Yeah, this trip didn't cost nearly as much as I had spent in 2004. Unfortunately, I'm still a poor bastard so off to Amoeba I go this week to try and make rent money.
