Stanislaw Lem - i like many of his works(non-SF even more then SF), but favorite are "Tales of Pirx the Pilot"(especially "Ananke"), "Fiasco" and "The Invincible".

i m goiing to refresh this topic :) at fisrt i think that souvenirs or sleepy biuldings are great albums to read book with them:)
(And also HTMaP)
yes for exemple Karamazov Brothers by Dostojewski or 100 years of lonliness(i dont know if i get good english title)by G.G. Marquez

and a lot of russian literature
hmm if you dont scared of brutality you should try "the Painted bird "by Jerzy Kosiński
oh and yeah ive just finished Brockeback Mountain - nice i think its good to know this book if you saw or like to see this movie

Currently reading Paulo Coelho's Eleven Minutes.
As always, a very clear story. It's about Maria, a young Brazilian, whose first innocent brushes with love leave her heart-broke. She becomes convinced that she will never find true love, instead believing that 'Love is a terrible thing that will make you suffer...'. While seeking for love, she ends up as a prostitute. But smt happens that force her to make a choice in life.
Paulo is a great author with important messages to us all :flower:
