As an Aussie, I'm glad The Gathering chose one of our native animals as the logo for the DVD, but why a Leafy Sea Dragon?

Don't get me wrong - they're cool animals, but since TG haven't toured Australia yet (hint, hint...) it seems a somewhat surprising choice given the miriad of other alternatives.

Oh, that's because all the European swallows were already copyrighted. No big secret about that.

This was in Vienna few years ago. I had just met Anneke and was in dreamland when suddenly there was alot of shouting and screaming. It was a really amusing thing to be a witness to!
