Dedicated to the wonderfull city of Amsterdam (and Holland in general) and the incredible people we met there!!

I want to thank the guys for taking care of us and driving us back to our hotel and we are waiting to repay their hospitality here whenever they decide to come and visit!! Preacher, Arnold, Joke and Achg... :( sorry i don't know how to write it!!! And Christian who i don't think is in here but kept us company in the cold before the show!!

Truly a wonderfull yet sunless (where is the sun? o e o?) experience. I owe Joke the gemista recipe i told her about!!

The trip to Hoorn was an "Odyssey" the local cuisine was nowhere to be found (thank god for Falafel) overall 5 full days to recharge batteries and wait till February 4th for the concert in Athens!!!

And meeting the band was a dream come true which i will always remember!! Thank you so so so so so so so much!!!!!

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!! :flower: :D

You are very very welcome!!! :D

We had a great time too, it was so cool to meet you guys and hang out a while.
First at Schiphol, having an ice-tea, talking food (to the disgust of Sofia :green: :green: ), letting me taste those wonderful biscuits of which I of course forgot the names...  They were very nice and if we come over, make sure you have plenty of those around, especially the one with the white topping :tw:
It was really good to watch you guys at the concert too, seeing how much you liked it and your almost childish like entousiasm when you were talking to the band afterwards! I am glad I could help a little bit in making this possible for you! It was my pleasure, I feel I gained new friends and that is much more valuable then the minutes I spend checking things out to help you arrange everything. :flower:

Be sure we will come to visit you in Greece someday! Don't know when just yet but it will happen :tw:

Take care and have a great new-year's!

Mousakas is a tough one to make. If you get it right it is incredible.

The whole thing about kourabiedes is to have fresh butter. Once you take a bite and your mouth fills with the flavor you don't stop eating....!!!!

I did not think Moussakas was difficult? Or maybe I made it not perfect hahaha :green:

I have to make it again, to practice.

The cookies were very very nice indeed, a lot of butter, but once I took a bite....hmmmmmmm nice!!!! We celebrated christmas a bit early this year with the christmas cookies :flower:

My friends also enjoyed the dinner, and I am going to make something else from the cookbook next time.

Well, they didn't look like the once I got from you at the airport at all :green: :green:
And the taste wasn't as delicious as well, although they are good!
So we will have to try again :green:
The moussakas was very nice too, just needs a litlle more work to get it better

Come over to Holland and show us the way to make it perfect! :P
