Site optimisation
The site has been optimised for Internet Explorer 6.0. It should run with Mozilla foundation browsers although texts and images will remain partly transparent. Your screen resolution should be at least 1024*768. Cookies and javascript should be enabled.

Problem with registration or connexion?
You may experience problems due to cookies.
VERY IMPORTANT: If your browser allows this, you should make sure you always accept cookies from both gathering.nl and psychonautrecords.com!
Otherwise, when you change the PRIVACY SETTINGS to LOW, it will get you out of the first page "loop". You can find the security settings in your web browser menu under Tools/Internet Options/Privacy (depending on your browser). Don't forget to change it back to a higher level once your done.

Missing registration code
Unfortunately it seems a very few amount of people haven't received a registration code. If you are in this case, please send an email to info@psychonautrecords and put me as copy.
If you can join picture of the DVD and of the receipt, that will be great help!
A last thing you have to mention in the mail: the email address which you registered with to get access to the first part of the fan community, in case it would differ form the one you're using to mail us;)

Wtf? I try to log on the website, but before I get anywhere, I'm greeted by a prompt which asks for my username and password. I can't get to anything else, and since I haven't registered yet (how could I?), I can't go anywhere else.

It asks for username and password for "secure" --- ??? When I hit [Cancel], I get to the standard auth-req page:

"Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at http://www.psychonautrecords.com Port 80"

Is there any way to get to the page so I can register?

No not yet... I don't know why this password and login reappeared.. it was a feature I had installed to prevent people to sneak in while it was being created... as I said, I'm driving back home today and as soon as I'm arrived and settled, I will contact the developper of the site, maybe he did some system update I don't know yet...
As soon as I see that everything is okee, I will make sure you can get access!!!

Well, that's a quick reply! Thanks a lot! I got the DVD for X-Mas and I was really looking forward to register my copy.

Well you would have read my previous post, you'd seen I was already aware of the situation
I've emailed the developper, maybe he was working on some security features I have no clue... As soon as I have a reply, I will handle this and keep you informed!

Where I can get my community login/passwd?

I'm having the same problem, it's very frustrating, especially in addition to the usual problems that occur when trying to login to the community page

I noticed some mentioned not accessing the website.
I just checked with my 3 control accounts and didnt not encounter a single bug at all.. Please check you web browser configuration (read the first post of this thread)

I configured my browser cookies like the first post of this thread [gathering.nl and psychonautrecord.com allow always].

I set the privacy settings to low.

And I get a nice "The userdata you entered could not be found."

Ok... so I tried to get my account info [login and passwd... maybe I changed that] with a request link [.../passrecover.php] but I don't get any email from the page.

i have some problems with the community side - i have an username and a code but it always says this code can´t be found...

I bought A Sound Relief, where is the personal code supposed to be located?

As far as I know, the code should be on an extra paper you'll find under DVD 2. I also heard you could find it on the external packging sometimes..
If you dont have any, send me a proof of purchase by email and once you're registered as 'normal' user, ii'll be able to upgrade you account
