Ok since you found it look to see. In A Reverie is great and Comalies is good but Unleashed Memories is the best. I haven't listened to Karmacode (actually i forgot alla about it) so i can't judge it. Unleashed Memories has songares!! I saw them live with Tiamat 4 years ago and they were great.

You should try Karmacode. It's a very nice album in my opinion. And you are kwlofardos  to have seen them live cause i am still waiting. You see it's about a year since i listen to them.

If i have to choose one i will say that i prefer Comalies of their albums.I think it's a masterpiece. But Unleashed Memories has also too many funs maybe even more than the ones who prefer Comalies!

Im collecting tomatos to throw to LC and Within Temptation at seattle' show.
:P

Lacuna coil -and Within temptation- used to be good bands about 5-6 years ago, but if u listen to their latest records, its clear that now the are only interested in money, not in music.

And... pffffff, I just saw some recent pics of lacuna coil... why the hell are they wearing ties!?!?!?!?! :o Avril Lavigne influence has gone too far :P

But i still hope both bands will play some of the old good songs... who knows

that's really kind to do so.
LC are close to their fans.

on the other hand, it's a bit customer "orientation" and "satisfaction " like to me... i prefer bands who play what they want on stage.

as a listener, i cant stand this band anymore.... i mean their current music. but i admire them as business people.

anyway my experiment makes me say it is not impossible i'll become a LC fan back.

maybe in several years... who knows? there are bands which i stopped listening to during several years (disliking their songs) and which i'm fan back today ....
about LC, it is no way to do it currently.
dont care about their "image", they just sound too bad and boring (even the older stuffs) to me.

as a conclusion, i keep my old LC CDs.

Saw them last for the Montreal show of the NA tour (the one with TG, except that Montreal got WT instead).

I was pleased with LC show; I'm not a huge fan, I have all their albums but I rarely listen to them. Clearly the crowd was there for WT rather than LC, but the LC show was interesting. Nothing ground breaking, at points it reminded me of mid-90's Front 242 shows (bicycle gloves are dead and buried) and a lot could be said about a band whose crowd favorite songs is a DM cover, but it was still enjoyable. My main beef usually with LC is that I feel there is way too much filler on their album, and a show usually tend to play mostly crowd favorites, so that was good.

WT was the definite star of the show... Even though I'd have preferred TG rather than WT, I have to admit, WT really kicked some butt. I was quite impressed with Sharon's voice.

The biggest surprise though was Stolen Babies. Quite amazing unique sound, think Courtney Love meet Arch Enemy meet No Doubt.
