I bought it about 6 years ago because I liked 'warum'.
Actually, the album is great at times  but I wouldn't buy it again.

Delight - 'The Last Temptation' ( pathetic s**t with a howling chick on the vocal. The funniest thing is that some people were comparing her to Anneke! I'm still wondering why. IMHO there are no similarities except the fact that both vocalists are females)
Metallica - 'Load' (it was the last Metallica's album I've bought :-? )
Daylight Torn - 'Death Alone From Life Can Save' ( boring & annoying)

Speaking of Metallica - S&M

Decent concept, lousy execution.

Same here I bought LOAD the day it came out, and ohh god it sucks.

About S&M, yeah really lousy execution, i only really like The call of Ktulu, an From Whom the bellz toll..... and creeping death maybe. I really prefer Kashmir: The Symphonic Led Zeppelin album, that is a great symphonic album IMHO.

Cheers

according to me, the best Therion LP are:

1)Vovin
2) Theli
3) Live in Midgard

that's it!

According to me, ALL Therion albums are masterpieces!!! Exceptional, orchestra, exceptional lyrics, excellent Death Metal albums (before Theli) :D :D :D :flower: :flower: :flower:

mwaw...
Therion is far over estimated in the metal community... For example, Chaostar is something known in the metalsphere that tends to classical music and it's far more interesting than all this pseudo orchestration! Don't mistake me, some are great but it's not as original as some people try to make us think..
Further according to what I read, Johnson would prefer to write classical stuff without rock instrument? Well do it man, we'll see how it goes...

My favourite Therion's album is "Deggial" because of "Flesh Of The Gods" which is IMHO the best Therion's song ever. Ahhhhhh, vocal of Hansi Kursch!!! :D

Personally, I like it - but then I have no other Therion albums to compare it with.

As for After Forever's Exordium, I think I've played it just once. The same goes for Invisible Circles. As has been said before, I think the mix was just right in the Mark Jansen era.
