The Gathering

Hello guuuysgiiirls!

I found it quite unnecessary to revitalize the good old "Memoria Mortis" topic - for the name, the rather doomy, kinda-metal music: R.I.P. This is a brand new start with new name (well, used since quite more than two years), changing line-up, and - for all - NEW MUSIC!

With most of the metal influences left behind, bits of prog elements and a lot of indie and other "let's-say-rather-popular" influences echoing in the music, we're heading to a bit less underground and probably more consumable yet (hopefully) also exciting musical direction.

Well, how does it sound? We're about to show You a 4 song EP (pretty soon online), the first song Delivery is already mastered and - let's say - ready to attack your ears! (Yes, there are some fragments from an early MM song "Ready for the Day" but in a new, shiny jacket to say so )

One step further. Two down, two to go...

We're ready with the mastering of our 2nd song, Seemingly. Lots of vocals, interesting harmonies and goodies like that... We love this song, one of our bests as we feel and we are really f*ng proud on it! Hope some of you out there will like it, too!

Hahahaha... for some reason i was subscribed to this topic, and i didnt read the topic name right now that i got the update on my email, i read your post and omg... thought you were talking about the west pole, i wanted to run to myspace... i truely feel that's the status of the songs, almost done mixed and almost ready to be upped to myspace haha.
