It takes guts to be gentle and kind

except 2 or 3 good songs, i'm not that enthusiastic about Leaving Eden.(listened to it thrice)
the music mostly sounds the same among all the tracks... that's my feeling. as negative as it is...
sometimes, there are more vocals and guitars in the songs, but generally less feeling, arrangements and ... these beautiful melodies (where are they?)... i'm still searching for these last ones.

i still prefer planetary confinement (which i didnt find that great)... even the first releases, the best ones.

The new album is good, but not as good as planetary confinement.

The title track is my favourite.

dunno if I expected too much from this album or my tastes which are changing again...well, didnt get my hand on it during a few weeks. thats always a bad sign...
so I sold my copy.

this album is not bad... I'm positive... it's just a different and another Antimatter view.

let's say it's still a matter of taste... and as Hans said "We have to like it" ^^

I have to join Petros and say I too do like this album a lot. I think it's up there with Saviour. All songs are great, but I just love the first 2 and the title track.
Right now my Antimatter standings are:

1- Leaving Eden/Saviour
2- Planetary Confinement
3- Lights out

OK maybe from the excitement i said that about Saviour. It's a lot different album. I like both.

The title track from Leaving Eden is just A M A Z I N G. it's simply perfect!!
Great job from Danny on that one,the leads are...wow
I like all songs,but ok title track,and the first 4 tracks are the best.

Anyway I liked Lights Out too,but not as much. It has good tracks on it but the songs last sooo much longer than they should.

I haven't heard planetary yet,i will.

I went to see them last month in Braga, Portugal.
What a great night, great music... perfect atmosphere.
Mick, Duncan and the members of a french band called "averse" did a great job. They played music from antimatter, ion, anathema and some covers.

was perfect!
