Yep, traveling isn't cheap and also the location (to rent), but as you've read breakfast and barbeque are included

The village is named Agalasti (or was it Argalasti?)

it is Argalasti!it's a bit far away from Volos though...49 km.... :-? but it's veeeeeery nice there!!
