Dear everyone,

We're almost ready to start the shipping of all the orders we received. However, the printing of the DVD took a little delay. Therefore, we have to postpone the shipping date to November 8th.

We hope this extra week of wait won't disappoint you too much.
When your parcels are shipped, you will receive a notification by email.

We ship all our products with Dutch TNT Post Services.
Please note once a parcel is outside the Dutch borders, another Postal Service is in charge and we cannot tell you exactly what are their time frame for delivery.
Count 2 days within the Netherlands, 1 week in Europe and about 2-3 weeks elsewhere.

If something is still unclear, please read our FAQs that we try to update as much as possible if we see some questions are asked often.
And if the answer is not in the FAQs, don't hesitate to contact us via the form we have on the webshop.
