Αν και τα γράφει υπερβολικά ακαδημαϊκά και λόγια ο Nyström, οι Katatonia δεν διαλύονται, απλώς συνεχίζουν υπό την ηγεσία τού Renkse. Πάντως συμφωνώ ως προς την προφανή έλλειψη ποιότητας στις τελευταίες τους κυκλοφορίες, αλλά προσωπικά το ''Night Is The New Day'' είναι αν όχι το αγαπημένο μου άλμπουμ, σίγουρα στο τοπ-3.

Πολλά υποσχόμενο καινούργιο κομμάτι, "Lilac", που μου θυμίζει αρκετά "Night Is The New Day". Το άλμπουμ θα κυκλοφορήσει τον Ιούνιο, ενώ η περιοδεία με support τους Evergrey και Klogr αρχίζει τον Νοέμβριο, με πρώτες στάσεις στη Φινλανδία, αφού θα έχουν προηγηθεί ορισμένες εμφανίσεις σε καλοκαιρινά φεστιβάλ.
