Η δικαστική διαμάχη μεταξύ των μελών των Queensrÿche, Michael Wilton, Eddie Jackson και Scott Rockenfield, και του πρώην τραγουδιστή της μπάντας, Geoff Tate, με τη γυναίκα του, Susan, στο King County Superior Court της Washington καλά κρατεί...

Στις 13 Ιουλίου οι Wilton, Jackson και Rockenfield «νίκησαν» απέναντι στο αίτημα του Tate για προκαταρκτικά μέτρα τα οποία δεν θα τους επέτρεπαν να περιοδεύσουν υπό το όνομα Queensrÿche.

Καθώς η μάχη στα δικαστικά έδρανα συνεχίζεται, η πλευρά των Queensrÿche ισχυρίζεται ότι ο Geoff Tate αρνείται να τους δώσει τον έλεγχο του επίσημου website και των υπόλοιπων διαδικτυακών και social media λογαριασμών τους...
