The Gathering

Ένας Σέρβος σπουδαστής, ονόματι Πέτρος Ρέστοβιτς από το Βελιγράδι, άθεος και αβάπτιστος μέχρι τα 19 του χρόνια, βρήκε την πίστη και ζήτησε να βαπτιστεί στο μοναστήρι του Χιλανδαρίου. Καθώς γινόταν το μυστήριο του βαπτίσματος, κάποιος φίλος του τράβηξε μια φωτογραφία. Την ώρα που φωτογράφιζε, επέτρεψε ο Θεός να φανεί κάτι από την αόρατη χάρη του μυστηρίου του βαπτίσματος. Αυτό φάνηκε όταν εκτυπώθηκαν οι φωτογραφίες. Όλοι παρετήρησαν με κατάπληξη και ιερό δέος ότι στο κεφάλι του νεοφωτίστου καθόταν ένα λευκό περιστέρι! Η συγκίνηση του ιδίου μόλις είδε τη φωτογραφία ήταν απερίγραπτη. Το γεγονός αυτό συνέβη το 1980 στην Ιερά Μονή Χιλανδαρίου, του Αγίου Όρους.

Με αφορμή άλλα γεγονότα υπαρξιακής τάξεως, οι Κόρε.Ύδρο. έγραψαν τα τραγούδια που περιέχονται στον 4ο δίσκο τους, με τον εύγλωττο τίτλο «Απλές Ασκήσεις Στον Υπαρξισμό». Τα τραγούδια ηχογραφήθηκαν ζωντανά στο νέο στούντιο του συγκροτήματος στην Κέρκυρα, μέσα στο κλίμα της γενικότερης κρίσης που μαστίζει τον τόπο μας.

Έχοντας χύσει αίμα, δάκρυα και ιδρώτα η Inner Ear επιτέλους κυκλοφορεί το νέο album των Κόρε.Ύδρο., «Απλές Ασκήσεις Στον Υπαρξισμό», σε cd και digital album (θα ακολουθήσει βινύλιο τον Σεπτέμβριο)
