After this Paradiso gig I voted immediately the "theater" one.
But of course a "hard" gig's place is a nice club with sounding tearing off the head (scream for me A38 or stg like this - it's a club in Budapest placed in a ship's inside on the River Danube. Nice place :D )

hahahahaha

Well ... DEfinitely NOTTTTTTT in a bar of NL !!!!

I like small crowds but in Monterrey,MX there is a exeption .. coz everybody was singing their songs so the chorus sounded nice sometimes
but i also like just to stand and listen
there was this time At Zwolle, that was the best for me in Holland , i believe we were just Fans of Tg that time and some of telefunk !!
i think that gig was really cool and it was in a small place

so hm it depends on the ppl i would say

I agree with you.. Zwolle was great. (Dordrecht the worse.. remember with the beer? ) * Most of the Holland concert suck :-|

I can't really choose between bar or theatre... The Paradiso gig was magic of course but maybe that was also because everybody was sitting and really into the music. When everybody is up and dancing and stuff, it may be totally different.
I love the small concerts, like the one in Patronaat last year, a crowd of maximum 200 people I think and a good atmosphere.
So my vote is: places with maximum 500 people so you can have a nice intimate setting.
