no. I had to install a system update and reboot my system. I got a new wireless ethernet extender and had to configure it. Though it would be nice to see more activity on the hub.

Cant share what I have until I'm back in September...

Hi Memento

It's really cool that you're thinking of re-opening the hub. It seems like the last time you more or less re-opened it, it was for me alone, as it disappeared a short time later. In any case, I have a lot of audio boots and a few vids (most of which I got off of you) and I'm more than happy to share and contribute.
My boots are also available on the Opennap (X-Nap) and Gnutella networks (especially for Mac users).

If you're a mac user, dcgui-qt is available through fink. You need to have X11 installed, though.

Memento,the participation was kind of low but there re many reasons for it:
Many people haven't come back from holidays yet.
On the other hand,i think we should post about the hub in all the foreign language rooms.I did on the greek forum but there wasn't the response i wanted because the majority of us has PSTN (3,5 kbps) and as you can figure out,we cannot download many things.
Maybe we could try in other rooms as well,one's with adsl or so.Many people maybe haven't seen this topic.

my ISP is doing maintenance. There may be some problems with the hub. It is up, but I have a very unstable connection. They expect to be done by the end of the day tomorrow, so we should be in good shape for the weekend.

Any news on this topic????, this weekend the Hub has been close. Wil that be permanent???

This is not permanent. The cable company had to replace all the external cables around my house. They replaced it now, but they still have to have someone come out and bury it underground. At least I'm up and running.

The hub should be up now. Remember to obey the rules. I've been kicking quite a few people. zero tolerance.

Is the hub going to be up again, or will it be down permanently????'

Sorry guys. I had to travel for business I shut it down when I travel because I have to kick people daily for not following my rules.

Just got back late last night. It's back up now! Let's keep the sharing going!
