I think it would be awesome if the Gathering toured with Anathema in the United States!! :P

Great idea, but only if they'll visit Finland.

Well...The Gathering touring with basically ANYONE in the United States would be a dream tour for me. 8)

Anathema would be nice....or maybe Katatonia. I think Anathema only played two shows EVER in the US if I'm not mistaken...Milwaukee metalfest 2000 & 2001. Both bands I'd love the to see get the opportunity to do a full scale US tour.

Unfortunately it'd mean shorter sets for at least one of the bands.....even if they co-headlined.
I'd rather see TG play for 2 hours with anyone instead of TG for 1 hour touring with Anathema.

That's a great idea, since I've never been on Anathema's gigs. And after TG's show this June in Moscow I've promised myself to go once more when they're back :) So, it means I'll see Anathema, too! :D Oh, smarty me... 8)

Look, they could tour w/ Britney Effing Spears for all I care, as long as they were to tour the U.S. & come to Florida, I am SO there. OK, yeah, not gonna happen anytime soon...

Speaking of Florida, are there any other Hurricane Charley survivors here?

I would prefer to see them with another band but they could do a co-headline show.So they could play both a long set.

Me too. Together it would be too much to survive.
But this one would be my dream-tour...both playing about 1 1/2-2 hours and after the gig I could have the chance to meet&greet them ALL.
5 members in both groups + me - hey, it's good for a football team :green:

coheadlining is fine is there is no support act.. otherwise it's sheit cause both coheadliners have to make a shorter set...
I saw that with TG and My Dying Bride... The support act should have been skipped cause they were boring to death... "sleepying gods" it was called or something!! LOL

I would rather see the Gathering tour here with another band or just headline. Anathema are not that well known here in the States so i don't see that tour ever happening. Just as long as the band come back here i'll be happy. :D

...or doing one band from TG and Anathema for a tour :green: (the Gathema? :o ) Than Anneke could for example play the drums, Vinny the bass...and maybe John and Hans both singed :green:
And Horace would be the guitar player

:o wow.......I don't know about that one......it would be awesome though if, at the end of the show, they all got on stage and did an impromptu jam session. I can see it now...... :D
