Yeah,I tend to agree with the whole album being a very organic,zen-like experience. Most of the time, I listen to the whole album.I've even gotten others interested in The Gathering by making their music avaiable to even the backroads of South Dakota. Thank God for the internet!!! :tw: :tw: jimi sweeney

There's a place in France called "St Saturnine", doncha know. (At least Im almost certain thats what the sign post said - I caught a glimpse of it as we drove past, so I suppose there's a chance I misread it - but still, I thought that was pretty cool!) Stranger still, I was listening to if-then-else at the time and the song had literally just ended! :) ...just a random memory from my recent hols I thought would be worth mentioning

I've voted for Morphia's. I realy like the guitar solo that always makes me dive into Spiritchaser of Dead Can Dance.
Now I see the rsults of th epoll.. I have to say I'm surprised to see Saturnine in 1st position.... This song is nice but quite conventionnal [fortunately live, Frank brings some more feelings with is piano solo]

Conventionnal or not i think Saturnine is an excellent song. And i'm not surprised at all to see Saturnine in the 1st position-its a very popular song among the fans of the band. Its the most catchy one in the album. As for me i think Amity is the best and one of the most beautiful songs ever :D

Well just my opinion, Saturnine is a goo dlive song, but on album :-?
It's a bit like Strange Machines on Mandylion... Only Saturnine has evolved thanx to the Sleepy Buildings experience ;)
Only my opinion, but for me Saturnine is one of the least good song of if_then_else [the worse being beautiful war]

Yes i think the SB version of Saturnine is better...Out of ITE i prefer Amity, Morphia's, Saturnine and Rollercoaster. The last one is not very popular among the fans but i really like it,it rocks
