Well well... I voted for both, but I enjoyed each show for different reasons.

The first one was a huge shock for me. I mean huge. Such a shock that I almost didn't notice the projector pictures in the background. The group was shining so bright on stage and Anneke's voice was so hauntingly beautiful and charming that there was no space for anything else. I almost couldn't communicate with myself during the first show, due to the great emotional thrill.

The second one had a better sound and I had the chance to enjoy the whole thing - including the wonderful pictures in the background - and pay some more attention to the details which added a nice colour in the bottom line.

So, there you go: both of them.

I voted for both too, but my reason isn't exactly the same. It was the whole night as one as it was, I really wasn't able to divorce gig 1 from gig 2. It had such a continuity that was so naturally as if I haven't heard the same songs again.

The only difference I remember that by the second one I was filled with a special "hey I talked with Marjolein :D "-feeling.

...both! First I was so excited what we are waiting for. I'm impressed how it sounded during the first gig! And I'm also impressed seeing Majorlein in front of me playing bass. And to hear what she plays.......Also what kind of surprises they would give to us!

So I enjoyed also the second 'cause the end of the show was a bit more powerful than the first! That give me the creeps! Amazing how Anneke sings like it could be the last concert and leaves us with the best performance she can give! Except the "pregnant" Tour last year, she was laughing, dancing and singing.....nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes.....real woman-power! UNBEATABLE!

I remember the Interview on the MONSTERS-ep.

"The music is the boss. You have to play the music as best as you can"
And so they did.

A band that Gathering played as support back in 1991...and their guitarist is mentioning since 1998 that Gathering is the best band in the world....

Well Morbid is a tiny band though.... :tw: :tw:

to me it was the first cause I focussed more on several tech points on the second gig...

I did so also Burn...I was into the void in the first concert and completely shocked when the first tunes of A Life All Mine began...it was magic moment...

The second one had better sound and less wrong tunes than the first...but the first shocked is really in my mind...and still is.... :D

I voted for the first concert, although I think the second one was much better. But, as it is said, feelings are more important, and the first concert was full of those for me... :flower:
