As I've seen the piano version live, as opposed to the normal version, I go for the piano version! :D

Well the piano version brings memories to me from a special someone, but i have to say that i pretty much prefer the Souvenirs version of it, it just makes me have goosebumps, the final part ... You know what i mean surely :D

Piano version is very nice and friendly and it's very beautiful how Anneke is singing it an octave higher... But it's a lullaby so (OK I wish it was singed to me in my own cradle :D ).
I like Souvenirs version better. I LOVE the break with the walking bass there... It's one of my favourite Hugo themes, so simple but it really makes that part interesting!! But also to mention the guitar theme in (and between) the verses - that's why I like René's playing, with less he can express so much :flower:

I remember I was so scared when I heard the wwaaaa...wwwaaaa....wwwaaa-s in the beginning of the song first time :D Then love said yes :wink:

The Album version.

It just has this huge atmosphere that completely takes over. The fast riffing really gets to me; especially at the end, where the whole song comes together. I love it so much. It may be my favorite the Gathering song.

I like the piano version, although what I don't like about it, is that they have left out one verse, which I liked. "...Take the key, Lock the door, close your eyes for encore" or something like that.
So that is why it is a bit incomplete, but I still like it.
