I am one of those stuck at 2.6% now (was at 1.3% for almost a month before)

If anyone could seed it would be much appreciated, if there is anything your looking for just PM me or post here and I will seed it if I have it (as long as its not an official release/etc). I am seeding 4-5 things right now.

Will upload it soon at dimeadozen instead of continuing it here. We will probably have more seeders there, at least in the beginning. Hope this is ok for you

That would be great, the ones I am seeding now are from there.
