What is this? Some lossy conversion of my video? If a wmv file is needed, I could make it from the original source files instead of having someone transcode from the DVD, which is already a lossy step. Did you make this?

I just finished downloading this video. This is not a conversion of my DVD. It is actually a video put together by ziz from her camera before mine was created. Her videos were a source for my DVD, along with many others and a dedicated audio recording. I have no problem with you distributing this, but understand that it is not the same thing we are talking about. Maybe you can update your post to explain it a little better.

I'm not trying to jump on you, I just want to clarify the situation. I'm glad there's still interest in this show. :)

Hi,

As I mentioned in the "Ankkarock CD version" thread, I don't like to use uTorrent if I don't have to, but for reference purposes I will also post in this thread - if anyone needs the Ankkarock DVD and nobody/few people are seeding it, let me know here and I will open uTorrent if I can.

Thank you, Dan

Thanks, Dan. Don't worry about seeding. I have plenty of bandwidth.

These are DVD-Video files. If you want to play it on your computer, just open your DVD software (PowerDVD, VLC, etc.) and drag the VIDEO_TS folder into the window. Or you could burn that folder to a DVD and play it on your TV.

It would be best if you have an upscaling DVD player, or a Blu-ray player sending this over HDMI to your HDTV. Component cables from a DVD player will also be better than a standard cable. However, the thing to keep in mind when watching this the aspect ratio. This is a 4:3 shape, like an older TV. Set your new TV zoom setting to Standard size. If you have black bars on the side with this video, you will see it properly on a widescreen TV.

The BT tracker seems to be down. Any idea if / when it'll be back online?

I have just built a new computer, so have some patience. This is hosted directly by me, so give me a few days to set up a new host for it. Thanks a lot.

The torrent is back up! I've hosted it on demonoid so it's always available:
