HTMAP? for me.
It's maybe their hardest album to listen, but everytime I want to relax I turn the lights off in my room, listen to this album, close my eyes and slowly become one with the music... The perfect album for meditating, visualizing things, etc. It's magic.

it's not unexpected, it's totally normal... it's just de generational change of fans... many of the old fans don't even enter here so obviously albums like mandylion, always or nighttime birds don't have too many votes

HtMaP and souvenirs represent the present style of TG and this albums should get the most of votes (HtMaP has them, but from this point of view souvenirs has a very very few votes.. unexpected and pleasing to see... 8) )...

because of that I think the strange thing is indeed the opposite.. mandylion has too many votes considering the kind of fans and the kind music that TG do now.....

well... whatever....... no doubt, Mandylion is the best album...

Anyway, HTMAP is probably the most interesting they've ever made

Even though HTMAP was my intro to TG, if_then_else is my fav.

Hmm. I'm quite surprised that the whole lot of you like HtMaP so much... Maybe I just haven't got my hands completely on its atmosphere yet.

Maybe you haven't gotten your hands on the right drugs to go with yet?

Mandylion, Mandylion, Mandylion!

I have been a great fan of metal bands since 1982 and I can say: Second best heavy album in the world is Operation Mind Crime (Queensryche) and the best one is TG´s Mandylion!

I have spoken :)

What I love is that pretty much every album is great in a different way... Whether it is the more 'metal' Mandylion or the more poppy, soothing Souvenirs... Today I'd pick if_then_else, but again, my opinion changes with my mood. There's a great TG album for pretty much every mood of mine

Mandylion, NB, HTMAP? and ITE are about the same quality... If I had to pick up just one I think I'd choose HTMAP maybe
