1. The review is coming soon, when I fully recover myself. I'm tired, but happy, and this concert was unforgettable for me.
2. The set list was perfect. 4 songs of Mandylion (Leaves, In Motion #1, Strange Machines, Eléanor), the best songs of Home (Waking Hour, Alone, Shortest Day and, of course, A Noise Severe), Probably Built in the '50s, Saturnine, On Most Surfaces and Travel, Black Light District with Theremin, Great Ocean Road with e-bow... and, as a special gift, Adrenaline + Third Chance (The Gathering must have read the chilean forum to know what to play)
3. The sound I heard last night is the best sound I've heard from any band, any place. We were fortunate to hear the best The Gathering, a Gathering much better than the band that played here in 2006, vocally and instrumentally.
4. The opening show, Crisálida, was also very good. They had a great task to do, and they did it. I congratulate them.
5. The atmosphere was SHOCKING. The Gathering: If you want to do that DVD well, you'll have to capture not only the songs, but how the crowd singed along with them. With Eléanor, the Caupolican Theater went down. Literally.
6. Missing things for supreme perfection:
- More Arkaoss. We saw it only in 3 or 4 songs.
- Sand & Mercury. We love it!
- Frank, please, play your old keyboard arrangements in Eléanor. The piano simply don't belong there.
7 (Bonus, as I know the band might read this): YOU WERE AWESOME LAST NIGHT, THE GATHERING. Overall, your performance was great. All of you were more inspired than ever. Thank you for a great moment that I will remember the rest of my life.
