I am wondering if anyone who ordered A Noise Severe from The Gathering webshop who lives in the United States has received it yet? I live in Michigan and I haven't received mine.

I thought I got mine, but when I opened up the package, I only got some old Pizzas thrown at me.

If it got to New York last week, it should have gotten to New Jersey as well. Maybe tomorrow...

Booooo, still don't have mine :(. Oh well, it might come today. I bet that the whole Thanksgiving gift buying rush might be slowing down some of our DVD shipments.

That's too bad for you. Cause it's brilliant!

They may not tour here in California, but at least I got A Noise Severe already. :P

I got mine finally on Monday. I haven't gotten a chance yet to see the whole thing but I did check out the "Homemade" documentary about the album. It is pretty sweet.

Got mine a couple of days ago. I haven't watched/listened, yet, but I did wear the t-shirt proudly, yay!

I am here in Canada....the only 2 places I can find it is on E-bay and on the Gathering website. If I order it from the Gathering website, it will definately play on my Dvd player here? I want to be certain before shelling out the dosh. I really want to get it. Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Cheers
Mike

I cannot say for sure, contact the webshop for confirmation, but I think the DVD is multizone like A Sound Relief was. So there should be no problem.

I am in the same situation, Mike (Montreal here). As I wrote in another thread, I was about to buy the CD/DVD package from the band's website but was cut short in my inspiration when I saw the preposterous shipping costs. The package, plus the shipping costs, would basically cost around 60$ which I think is utterly ridiculous, considering the price of their other CDs here AND the price of A Sound Relief (always around 20-25$). NO WAY I was going to buy that from the store which is too bad since I wanted to. Not much of an incentive for sure.

So I will basically wait for the DVD and CD to be released here, no matter when it happens. I don't see why they would not get a proper, non-import release at some point, right?

Dany

Awesome news! I knew it didn't make much sense not to get a proper release over here. I am glad I didn't spend that 60$.

Merci beaucoup for the link.

Cheers,

Dany

Hey guys the DVD is NTSC. I think everyone in the world is getting the NTSC version. So it plays fine. The only difference I think if you wait will be the imprint of the end records on the box. And you don't have to deal with the crazy shipping costs, and disastrous exchange rates ;)
