Crippled Black Phoenix "I Vigilante" promo CD... another one.
Weird. the album is supposed to get 5 tracks in the reviews I read ... I had 6 ones plus a secret one as far as i remember. cool! not going to cry.
Cranes "Everywhere" promo CD used.
The Strange Death of Liberal England "Drown you Heart Again" CD dedicated by the band (+ special Flag, buttons, postcards... they know me lol kidding) ..
after the GY!BE / post rock influences, their music turned definitely to folk pop traditionnal british music (not mainstream) which is not a bad thing. can't wait for the upcoming gig.
Hole promo pics...

ça va tranquille la vie.. lol

I'd say yes, especially the first song "Dancing With The Moonlit Knight" and "Battle Of Epping Forest" (check them on youtube). Ok, I feel tempted to skip "More Fool Me", but that song is rather short. In the early seventies, Genesis released some great albums (which I didn't find out before the late eighties, though). I hadn't listened to any of them for quite a while, but I recently re-discovered "Trespass" (check out "White Mountain" and "The Knife"), enjoyed it and decided to also buy "Selling England By The Pound" on CD (I had it only on vinyl). Now I also plan to buy the CD-version of "Nursery Cryme" (on which "The Musical Box", "The Return Of The Giant Hogweed" and "The Fountain Of Salmacis" are my faves).

On topic:

Forbidden - "Omega Wave"

Mekong delta, that used to be Timo Tolkki's band, isn't it?
I remember I saw an announcement for that album in Dutch music magazines as far back as spring '09. When has it been released, and has it been worth waiting for?

Nope, it's a german prog/thrash-band. Mastermind is Ralf Hubert (aka Björn Eklund).
I don't think Timo Tolkki would fit in their musical style. :green:

Ah, Jörg Michael (Stratovarius drummer) has played in Mekong Delta. I KNEW that there was in interview with someone from Stratovarius who said that he had been in Mekong Delta. :)

It has been released just a few months ago and I've only listened to the first half of it until now. However, if you would still like to know my opinion about it, even though Timo Tolkki has never been involved in this band, I might get back to this after I've given the album a few spins.

np: Sacrilege (UK) - "Search Eternal"

It's not a pin's. It's a barrette.
