The LPs will be first sold on tour... what remains (if not sold out) will go to the shop

Got mine from Berlin's gig two days ago.The colored one

Are those two versions (the colored and the black) the only ones of Sleepy Buildings in vinyl?

I just got the coloured vinyls today, have yet to play them. Out of interest, what item number does your copy have on it's spine?

Thanks. Neil.

I ordered my coloured and black version just before this post was started (over a month ago), but only got the black version because the coloured one was out of stock. Ik probably ordered at the wrong webshop [Dis-order] I can't find the coloured one anymore. Does someone know an adres?

They're pressed at Kankana Records (Spain) bij Black Sleeves (cat.no. 129) as far I found out

Two days ago I saw a brown (!?) version and the american sleeved version at the webshop of Nuclear Blast. When I watched today to order, the brown version was gone .... I'm having bad luck with the colours.

So anyone: are there 2 black versions (american and european sleeve), a coloured one AND a brown one? Or is the coloured one brown(ish) ?

The coloured record is a brownish colour, so they are probably discribing the same thing.

i only have the black one I found it through Amazon.. not the brownish one.

zindroom, it's a pity you didn't check out Ebay website a few days ago cause I was said 5 copies were available through one same seller. I'm sure some of the fans here bought theirs there.

I should have ordered it but I didn't. Currently i really dont care. Moreover I trust black wax for the sound. For vinyl stuffs, i f*ck it how it's limited.

Hope you'll find a copy soon. Considering your huge collection, I'm sure you'll get it one day.

I believe it is 100 yes. The item # is on the spine(side) of the card sleve, just wondering if the coloured vinyl's sleve have the same item number printed on them as the black ones. Should be something like 129LP or 129LPCOL.

I have both the coloured one and the black one and the sleeves are identical. The Cat# is the same (BLACK-129LP).
Does anyone really have an LP with the church-sleeve? I'm getting the feeling that it's a mislabelling in various webshops.

the Church artwork was used by the End Records, it's the US version of the first release in 2004. The End Record did a vinyl version, Century Media didnt (with the photos artwork)

Is that really true? :-?
I've ordered from The End many times over the years, and never ever saw a vinyl edition of Sleepy Buildings for sale at their shop...
I've only seen the church photo as a slipcase cover for the Century Media US version of the cd.

J Ray, I'm not 100% sure of what I said, but I really have a memory of the church artwork used on a vinyl... but your reaction makes me doubt now ;)

Hmm yeah, it could be possible :)
I'm just really curious who might have printed it, if that version did exist, since I never saw anything like that on The End over here...

I wasn't supposed to get it but well, was in front of me at my favourite TG store ahah (Lyon gig merchandising). would have been ridiculous not to get it, right?

anyway, I don't own the LP with the church artwork (got only the us cd version with slipcase) so can't answer you. sorry. good luck.

cheers.
