the greatest audience i ever had on a tg concert.
no shattering during the songs, silent at the silent parts.
and enthusiastic!

and no one was sitting anymore at the encores

great!!!!!!!!

cool to know!!
In Groningen I was sure nobody would move his ass... So I kept sitting... but hell I wouldn't have enjoyed anyway if I would have stand up.. I dunno maybe because it was not dark enough in the venue and then everyone would have seen me

Ach France gigs aren't seated... I hope it won't change anything for the quiet songs.. but it will be hot during electric ones :D

it reminded me a little about the postings of the last years french gigs.
everybody listened and honoured. and everybody was extremely caught by the music.
very different to the gigs in (especally) netherland last year. with that bad audience....

it was also very amazing that so many people came, all german concerts absolutely sold out - last year was really poor against that.

after the berlin concert i spoked with hans, who couldnt explain why- he wondered (as i) what had happened. Last year this really sorrow tour - just about 200 people per evening - and this year everything sold out.

but ok, me as a fan is really happy about this success!

i brought 3 friends to hamburg, who never had listened to any gathering songs up to now - and they vere really impressed! 3 new ones!

Well there is maybe an explaination... Thought it doesn't make completely sense.. But seated gigs mean less people who can attend the gig... Then it's easily sold out but indeed if 200ppl went to the Markthalle in 2003 It's a bit weird to think more pple went...

Another explanation would be that CM can make stronger promotion in Germany than Psychonaut...

yes, i also think its because out the marketing machine of CM. Seems they have good press-connections.
There where articles in many newspapers before and after the gigs in hamburg and berlin - that was new to me. Even in the german TAZ, a nationwide newspaper there was an half-side article with a big colour-picture.
I really wondered how that could happen.

There are some pictures of this show in Hamburg on Cycling Colours. These are made by Nadine Razek.
