The programming on both festivals is really diverse so a lot of openminded people show up, TG would do great there. :)

frequency festival - salzburg, austria

it´s the only good "alternative" festival in austria i can think of.
no huge commercial acts (except for that metallica mistake last year *sigh*) and not all about a single genre.

the gathering would fit in there just perfectly.

Maybe the little festivals would be nice

Such as Elastiek Muziek in Hilvarenbeek ( NL ), The gathering played there before :D

Or maybe a bigger festival like Festival Mundial In Tilburg ( NL ), Other bands played there too, like, Anouk, within´ temptation and green lizard.

It would be nice if the Gathering would play there :green: :flower: :D

I hope so because I love to see them.

Nou misschien zijn wat kleinere festivals ook wel leuk

Zoals misschien elastiek muziek in Hilvarenbeek, the gathering heeft er vaker gestaan. :D

Of misschien het grote festival Mundial in Tilburg, daar hebben ook andere bands gestaan, zoals anouk, within´Temptation en green lizard.

Zou ook een ideaal festival zijn voor The gathering. :D :flower: :green:

dus ik hoop het zo want ik zie ze heel graag.

OK,then I can offer Hegyalja Fest...It's in Tokaj, home of the most famous Hungarian wine...not bad for a reason,too! :P There's already a beach 'cause it's by a river. Or a lot of rivers, if you drink a lot :wink:

Well, what about a festival in Mexico?
I think the only posibility is the Festival Obscuro (This year is gonna be the 5th year in row). Not really a lot of bands (Usually 5-6) but usually really nice!

No offence, but I'm only about 35 miles from Scarborough and I've never heard of this one. Anyway, the band could call in at my place for lunch on the way to the gig!

It's been going for I think four years now, but last year was the first really big Beached festival. There was a huge stage last year, big lights, big sound, many many bands. Awsome. If you only live 35 miles away you should go check it out this year, 16/17th July, sadly I'm gonna miss it this year, but I'll be at Zillo watching the Gathering. :)
