I heared the song in radio a few days ago and i like it. The name of the new album is "open door", right?

I'm not wild about this song, but I've got high hopes for the album... especially after reading so many glowing reviews from the people that have heard through listening groups.

I like Fallen and the ealier material too. I was quietly looking forward to the new album, but as time goes on I am getting really quite excited. I might just pour me a fizzy orange. hey! :)

Creo que no son buenos, son como la copia de muchas bandas, en imagen y sonido, y la vocalista apenas se las lucha en vivo..... ahi se nota la calidad de la banda.... no se que tal esten con el nuevo violero pero su anterior disco no tiene mucho que rescatar.....

Es cuestion de moda, creo yo..... un uyyy para todos ellos que andaban en pelotas en la musica, ellos los alaban...

I strongly disagree. I've listened to it quite a few times over now. Is it less mainstream? Perhaps. Is that always a good thing? Probably not in Evanescence's case...

I commented on the album above, homie.

Their first single is probably the best of the album, but hey...most of you would probably enjoy it more than "Fallen" since it's less mainstream/nu-metal top 40 fodder...

I have the new album, I was sent a pre-release copy. I really, really like it. It's better than Fallen in my opinion. You can feel they've grown as a band and I think it really works.

Agree!!

Voice of Amy is more mature, and she uses it in many ways. Now she can sing from very low to very high... "The open door" is much...much...MUCH better then "Fallen"....

Call me when your sober is a song that NOT fit on the album al all, and to me this song is not my favorite one...

I think the last album is Ok, specially compared to Fallen. But, has anyone heard their pre-fallen stuff? They have some amazing songs in their demos. I don't know what happened to them with Fallen, it's like their producer made them include distorted guitars in every song just because.
Still, I think the open door is a step in the right direction...

I have the pre-fallen stuff :wink: I have all the EP's, demo's, unreleashed songs. And I love it, every song of it :flower:
