The best are the Jackie Chan films made in Hongkong
I simply looove them in their simplicity and humor. And how people fight in them, you can see the difference between styles!
I remember a scene when three badies were attacking him with alabards or lances...It was about 5 or 6 min long and there was not even a second pause of moving from any of the "actors". I like how Jackie moves, he's made of rubber .
In the films of Bruce Lee you can't see too much of the actions
I mean the badboy is coming, then an "ajaaaaa" (up to the highest C
) and a "ka-poow" (does anybody read Marvel?
) and then still and RIP. And we can't really see what and how happened. That's what's my problem with them. Although the retro-feeling kicks ass! (remember Chuck Norris in "The Way of the Dragon"? That hair! That sunglasses!
And that forest on his chest!
