Qui qui connaissait The Gathering, y a dix ans de ça, quand Anneke chantait encore avec sa voix de killeuse et que c'était un homme ? ;-) Hein ? Et d'ailleurs, vous étiez où, et vous faisiez quoi, il y a dix ans ?

Y a dix ans ??? En 94 ?? (ben oui, j'ai fais des études, je sais faire une soustraction :green: )

Ouh là...au lycée je crois, sans doute en 1ère, ou en seconde. A cette époque j'écoutais quasiment exclusivement midnight oil, genesis et je découvrais radiohead. Pour moi le metal était une entité mystique que je ne voulais approcher pour rien au monde. C'était beuârk. En tout cas je connaissais pas TG, ça non.

Houla 1994, année du Bac à réviser devant la Coupe du Monde USA'94 et je devais écouter en vrac : Metallica, Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Slayer, Sepultura, Entombed, Loudblast, Nirvana, Guns, Red Hot, Rage ... bref que du classique pour le moment.

Mais point de TG... faudra attendre encore 3 ans :wink:

euh.... je crois que je terminais mon deug.... ça faisait 7 ans que j'écoutais du metal.... j'passais mon temps à faire les bouquinistes pour amasser une tonne de livres que je n'ai jamais lu. 8)

94 ?? ça fait loin .... je crois que c'est l'année où je suis parti à la retraite pr me retirer avec Bernadette ds notre maison de campagne à Tuc.

A l'époque j'écoutais les Beatles, les Stones et The Shadows !! Je crois qu'on a plus jamais égalé ces artistes, que ce soit de près ou de loin. Nostalgie quand tu nous tiens! :cry:

Ben y a 10 ans, je finissais ma licence, je venais de me mettre au hard (rock, hein ! ) , et je ne savais même pas qu'il pouvait exister des groupes dont les chanteurs chantaient comme.. ben comme dans les groupes de death, quoi... TG, je ne les ai découvert qu'avec HTMAP, quand Anneke eut enfin retrouvé sa voix virginale... ;-)

Oula...alors il y a dix ans, ben j'étais au collège, je me faisait bien ch*** avec plein de racailles. Et tel le geudin j'écoutais Nirvana, Green Day, Offspring, Mutha's day out ou les Beatles :green:
Une période nulle de ma vie, qui n'a débuté réellement qu'au lycée en fait...

Début des années lycée et j'écoutais des trucs... euh des trucs quoi ! :green: J'étais fou de No doubt (The Beacon Street Collection)
Je ne connaissais pas du tout TG et j'étais très très très loin du monde métal... D'ailleurs, je le suis toujours dans un certain sens mais mon orientation musicale a beaucoup évoluée grâce à TG et là je prends une claque avec Porcupine et j'espère encore faire des "découvertes" de ce genre dans les 10 ans qui suivent ! :D

En 94 j'etais en 4eme... je decouvrait Megadeth avec Youthanasia, apres avoir assimile la disco de Metallica et de maiden (enfin les bons albums seulement ;))
et en 94, Anneke rejoignait the Gathering... en remplacement de Niels qui a pas vraiment une voix de killeuse ;)

Ben moi y a 10 ans je commencais a bosser (et j'ai commencer a acheter plein de cds :roll: )!J'ecoutais du metaaaalllllll depuis 2,3 ans et il allait se passer encore 3 ans avant de decouvrir Nighttime Birds et TG :(
J'etais loin de m'imaginer que je posterais sur ce forum en tout cas :wink:

y a 10 ans, j'étais méga fan des Smashing Pumpkins (Siamese dream, Pisces Iscariot, Gish) et aussi d'Ugly Kid Joe, Metallica, Pearl Jam...

C'était la grande époque guns n' roses pour ma part (bien que déjà sur le déclin en 94)...

C'était l'année du BAC...dernier BAC B avant la réforme...

TG ce sera avec Nighttime birds début 1998....
