It seems that my address is "out there" somewhere (yes I know where) and I'm getting many people that are not following my rules. Like 80% to 90%.

I will be changing the address of the hub.

I will post here when i do it and let you know what the new address is.

Hi, we are waiting for the new adress.

The hub seems down at the moment but memento has a point.The majority of people entering the hub either don't follow the rules or have nothing to do with the gathering.
Hopefully a new adress and proper moderation (+scripts) will change things so we have to wait.Patience people

I think that would be ok, although I'm not the one making the rules. The problem is that many peole do´n't share anything, or many time they share their hard drive including the "program files", "my documentes" and at the end you don't rellay find much to download.

I tried to get a file list. But it won't starts downloading. Do I have to do anything special? I just doubleclicked on the Nickname (and used the option in the right-click-menu). But the status keeps "connecting" and nothing more.
If it's necessary to know: I opened 5 slots snd share over 1 GB.

edit: Oh, never mind. It was the firewall! *stupid*

i have share folder of 200gb and i am on and to others hubs...

If you are sharing anything illegal, then you are not allowed and I don't even want to know about it. Illegal means software, movies, non-bootleg music, etc.

If you are connecting to my hub with 200GB, I automatically kick you because nobody has 200GB of bootlegs. Beyond that I check the filelists of people who enter the hub. If I cannot access your filelist, then you get kicked. Sorry to be a harda$$, but I'm doing this to share and celebrate the Gathering while staying 100% legal. As the hub host, it is my responsibility.

Once you get banned, is there any way to get back in the Hub???????

I'm actually a user of this and other hub, but i try to keep it legal by just sharing my bootlegs. Altough this weekend i was organizing my folders, and by mistake i shared all my mp3, wich led into getting banned, is there any way to get back to the hub???

Give it a day or 2. I haven't specifically kicked you because I know you're good. Is your IP address 200.74.116.24? If so (and you don't have to answer publicly), then it's a temp ban for "connecting too often". This is in order to keep search bots out. It is only temporary.

Can somebody tell me which is the new new address?
